The San Mateo County Fair (@SanMateoCoFair) is looking for volunteers! If your group is interested, please fill out this form. Once we have your information, we will contact you when opportunities become available that match your group’s availability.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Your organization will receive payment for shifts completed and work done.
No prior experience is needed! We provide training, equipment and supplies to do the work.
Depending on group availability and open opportunities, groups can work half of a day, a full day, and several days We will work with your group to find a good fit!

We are currently looking to fill several roles for the San Mateo County Fair, please check the ones your group might be interested by:

Livestock Pens │ Early May, exact day and time TBD
Set Grids in the Fine Arts Galleria │ May 20-24 from 10 am to 4 pm
Set and Bind Chairs │ May 30 from 10 am to 4 pm
Astro Turf / Games set up │ May 30 from 10 am to 4 pm)
Fair Scrim and Flagrope on Fence lines INSTALL │ May 1-3 & May 6-10 from 10 am to 4 pm
Fair Scrim and Flagrope on Fence lines REMOVAL │ June 10-14 from 10 am to 4 pm
Park Flaggers │ June 1-9 (no needed for June 6-7) from 10 am- 10 pm (4 hours shifts)
