PAYMENT AND DELIVERY POLICY:

• Buyers must pay for their auction purchases on the day of the sale by check, Visa or Master Card. We do not bill for auction purchases.
• Buyers may designate agents to purchase animals on the buyer’s behalf by submitting a written authorization (this form) designating the agent to Fair Management prior to the date of the sale.
• If collection efforts are required to enforce the terms of the sale, regardless if legal action is initiated, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees in addition to any other relief provided by law.
• The undersigned guarantees payment for any animal (s) purchased at the San Mateo County Fair Junior Livestock Auction.
• The undersigned has read and understands the conditions of the sale as set forth hereinabove.
