The San Mateo County Fair is getting ready to blossom in 2026. Presale tickets are now available online for the Peninsula’s favorite summer tradition, giving fairgoers the opportunity to secure admission early and start planning their visit to one of the Bay Area’s most beloved community celebrations. The 2026 San Mateo County Fair will take place June 5–14, 2026, at the San Mateo County Event Center.
The 2026 Fair sub-theme, “In Bloom,” celebrates the Fair’s roots and the vibrant growth of the community it serves, perfectly capturing the Fair’s guiding theme of “Where Tradition Meets Innovation.” It pays tribute to the Fair’s humble beginnings in 1926 as the “Little Flower Show,” a community event organized by the Burlingame Garden and Flower Club and hosted in local schools across the county.
Over the past century, that small floral exhibition has blossomed into an annual event that brings together families, artists, makers, innovators, farmers, and performers for days of entertainment, education, and celebration.
The 2026 Fair will continue that tradition with fan-favorite attractions including live entertainment, exhibits, carnival rides, competitions, delicious fair food, shopping, and interactive experiences for all ages.
Presale tickets are available now online, offering guests an easy way to plan ahead and secure admission before the Fair begins. Special online-only promotions are also available for select events and admission bundles during the presale period.
