What Exhibitors Need To Know



Volunteers are needed to assist the culinary department in a variety of roles. Prior to the fair help is needed in setting up the fair displays and in assisting with contests.

During fair, volunteers are needed to help with checking in contestants, setting up contests, and running our interactive kids gingerbread making area. A variety of shifts are available between May 30 - June 19. Groups are welcome.

The main ingredients of food and fun fill the Culinary Arts exhibit. If you love to cook or eat, compete in the various competitions that will be sure to fill your stomach and satisfy your taste buds.

Outstanding Leadership Award


The John Kyne Award was inaugurated in 1974 in memory of John Kyne. The recipient of this prestigious youth award is selected based on their quality and diversity of exhibits throughout the Fair; demonstrated assistance with other exhibitors and department supervisors in the form of teaching, sportsmanship, leadership, attitude and cooperation; and their efforts and assistance given to the fair.
